I got my nose pierced here and it was a great experience! The employees at the front were very kind and the person who pierced me (Nezi Pierce on Facebook) did an amazing job! My piercing has been healing almost effortlessly and they actually followed up on how the healing process was! I was very impressed and delighted by their service and I would definitely go back if I were to get another piercing done :)

I did a walk in at 11am on a Monday and was seen immediately. I did call before hand to make sure they were taking walking ins- the person on the phone was very friendly. The piercer Matt helped me pick out a beautiful piece of jewelry for my conch from their wide selection. Matt was very informative, professional and personable. Matt was also extremely transparent with the price of jewelry and piercing. All in all I had a great experiences with DragonFX and my piercer Matt. I would recommend and can’t wait to go back for future piercings!

I went in about 3 weeks ago now for a tattoo. It was my first time here but had many recommendations from friends. I wish I had remembered the name of the front desk person, because she was so amazingly kind and helpful. You can’t ask for a better person handling the front of the shop. I had a memorial piece done by Joe, and it came out better than I had ever imagined. He was very upfront about what he was going to do, and the results are amazing. I’m so happy with my entire experience there, I will definitely be going there for the rest of my tattoo work. Great job!!

Brought my 12 year old daughter in today to strictly let her feel how warm and welcoming a shop can be. We just wanted to look at some jewelry and check out the overall vibe. That piercers are not scary. They are welcoming and warm. The girl at the front was so cold, short and mean. She told her under no circumstances can a parent or ANYONE go back with her to get her ear lobes done. That my child has to do it alone or not at all. It took my kid over an hour to work up the courage to even step foot into this place. She is now traumatized and even more scared, for a good reason. The bedside manner was horrible. What happened to a community supporting each other. She's just a curious kid that wanted to get some information before making an informed decision.

I have been to the shop so many times before and everyone is amazing! Bree and other front end staff are always fast at responses with bookings and taking deposits as well as always offering great support and answers when you need their help. I have only been tattooed by Lela Dee (tiredartist) so far. I plan to see many more artists at the shop. Lela is a great artist and I love my pieces and get many compliments on them. She’s great at getting back to you and answering questions to help ensure you get the best tattoo for your body and anatomy and I love the brightness of all my work. I have some pieces a year old done by her and they still look like day one. Her tattoo side manner always brings laughter, her music tastes are great and she’s always respectful if you need a quick break. I have also received many piercings here! My newest 3 have been done by apprentice Mat. All 3 have been perfectly done. I had a vertical labret that hardly even swelled and healed to perfection. As well as he pierced both of my nipples at the same appointment. I very much appreciate his kindness and professionalism. He radiates this calm around him while he is setting himself up and marking. He finds some kind of personal interest to be able to discuss as a great distraction to settle you down. Instructions for aftercare are always given and questions are answered without a feeling of being rushed. While having my piercings done he helped me feel comfortable when I was in a vulnerable place and he took extra time marking me as my anatomy is a little off and I’m well endowed. I had a tiny little bleed that he took care of and made sure it stopped (it was gravity related and not due to the piercing itself). And he even helped me put a small amount of gauze inside my bra to ensure I would have extra comfort going home. Thank you again to Dragonfx this place is literally my therapy and happy place.
